Continuous Disclosure Policy

The Company is committed to complying with its continuous disclosure obligations pursuant to the ASX listing Rules and the Corporations Act, and the Company has in place well developed procedures for ensuring compliance.

The Company has a Continuous Disclosure and Communications Policy consistent with the continuous disclosure obligations of the ASX and the Corporations Act which sets out the standards, protocols and requirements expected of all Directors, management, employees and officers of the Group.

The policy is designed with the intention of ensuring that all investors have equal and timely access to information concerning the Group, and to ensure that price-sensitive information from any part of the Group is immediately notified to the ASX in a complete, balanced and timely manner.

The Company has established a Continuous Disclosure and Communications Committee comprising the Chairman of the Board, the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer and the Company Secretary. The Committee is responsible for reviewing information, making disclosures to the ASX and issuing media releases and other written public statements on behalf of the Company.

The Company has also designated management personnel as reporting officers. These reporting officers are appointed for the purpose of ensuring that material information from their respective areas of responsibility is brought to the attention of the Committee. In order to facilitate this control, any information from the reporting officers is gathered by the Company Secretary and included in a written statement to the Chairman of the Committee on a monthly basis, describing any matters they might perceive to price sensitive.
In addition to the Continuous Disclosure and Communications Committee, the Board is actively and regularly involved in discussing disclosure obligations in respect of all relevant matters that come before it.
