Kerry Roxburgh, Independent Chairman and Non-Executive Director. Kerry was appointed as Chairman of eircom Holdings Limited in July 2006 and has been a Non-Executive Director since February 2006. Kerry was one of the founders of E*Trade Australia (E*Trade) and was the Chief Executive prior to becoming Chairman, a position he held from 2000-2007. Prior to E*Trade, Kerry spent 10 years as an Executive Director of the Hong Kong Bank of Australia Group including five years as Managing Director of the Bank's corporate finance subsidiary. Kerry also has experience in the financial management of the insurance, healthcare, technology, property and resource sectors. Kerry is Chairman of the Charter Hall Group and Asian Express Airlines Pty Ltd and has been a Non-Executive Director of Ramsay Health Care Ltd since July 1997, the Medical Indemnity Protection Society Group, the Lawcover Group, PNG Sustainable Energy Ltd and Professional Insurance Australia Pty Ltd. He is based in Sydney.
Andrew Day, Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director. Andrew was appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of eircom Holdings Limited in February 2009. Andrew has extensive telecommunications and print & online media experience having spent almost 25 years with Telstra Corporation Limited in a number of senior executive divisional head positions including more than six years as Chief Executive Officer of Sensis Pty Ltd. Most recently, Andrew was Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Truvo Services B.V., a cross European local directories and search company with operations in a number of European countries including Ireland.
Andrew Love, Independent and Non-Executive Director. Andrew Love was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of eircom Holdings Limited in April 2008. Andrew has over 30 years experience in corporate recovery, reconstruction and insolvency practice in Australia. He is a Chartered Accountant and has extensive public company experience including that of Chairman in other listed entities. He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Babcock & Brown Communities Limited, Chairman of ROC Oil Limited, Deputy Chairman of Riversdale Mining Limited and a Director of the Museum of Contemporary Art. Andrew remains a consultant with Ferrier Hodgson where he was a senior partner.
Dr Gregory Clark, Independent and Non-Executive Director. Gregory was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of eircom Holdings Limited in August 2006. Gregory is a Principal of Clark Capital Partners, a U S based firm that advises internationally on technology and the technology market place. Prior to this Gregory held senior executive positions in IBM, News Corporation and Loral Space and Communications. Gregory is currently a Non-Executive Director of ANZ Banking Group Limited and was a Director of James Hardie from April 2002 to May 2006. He is based in New York and Sydney.
